What makes people want to give their best at work? Arnaud’s talks put emotion back at the center of how teams work: motivation, trust, passion, and what managers can actually do about them.

Since 2014 he has spoken in more than 30 countries. A former stand-up comedian and quarterfinalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, he keeps audiences laughing and taking part, so the message sticks.

Your story, your authentic voice

Everyone has a story worth telling. Arnaud shows audiences how to find theirs and use it to lead, persuade and connect: the same approach he has used to coach more than 1,000 people in public speaking.

He spoke at the Misk Global Forum on finding an authentic voice as a leader.

Resilience and reinvention

Arnaud has reinvented himself many times, across countries and industries: TV host, investor relations, actor in Hollywood, stand-up comedian, award-winning writer and director of the film Little Klaus Big World, entrepreneur.

He shares what those changes taught him about bouncing back and choosing your own path. His book Réinventez votre vie (Éditions IDEO, 2022, in French) explores the same theme.

AI and leadership

AI makes individuals faster. Does it make teams stronger? Arnaud speaks about what changes for managers when AI enters the team, and why trust, communication and cooperation matter more than ever. His talks draw on Humanava’s work with managers, including the AI leadership simulation Humanava is piloting in 2026.

Happiness at work

Arnaud is known as one of the first Chief Happiness Officers in the world. He has given dozens of talks on happiness at work, and that experience still shapes how he helps teams stay engaged and motivated today.
